This Privacy Policy describes how NAWKA CYBERSECURITY (NAWKA SOLUÇÕES E SERVIÇOS LTDA.) collects, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Laws 13.709/2018 and 13.853/2019) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Below, we explain what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it when you:

• Use our application;
• Visit or interact with our website;
• Communicate with us by email.

a) By the Software

Our application does not collect any personal or telemetry data on its own. However, when distributed through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft Store, Google Play Store), the following information may be exchanged with the store operator for licensing and regional compliance:

• Device type and operating system version
• Approximate geolocation (country or region)
• License-related metadata.

b) By the Website

When you visit or interact with our website, our analytics partner (Google Analytics) may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• Browser name and version
• IP address (yours or that of your internet service provider)
• Date and time of access
• Estimated geolocation

c) By Cookies

We also use cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and user behavior (for example, referring site, pages visited, session duration). This information is used solely for aggregate statistical purposes and does not personally identify you. You can disable or clear cookies via your browser settings (see your browser’s Help section for instructions).

Additionally, Google Analytics may collect details about how you arrived at our site (e.g., search engine, social network, direct link, or advertisement) and which pages you view, so that we can better understand visitor interests and improve our offerings.

We use the collected data exclusively to:

• Determine geographic regions for licensing and regulatory compliance
• Optimize our website’s performance and user experience
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns

This information is non-personal, non-sensitive, and cannot identify you as an individual.

Whenever applicable, data required to issue evaluation licenses is stored solely on NAWKA’s internal systems. All registration data is encrypted using OBAKE tool and securely maintained at our headquarters, as described in the Data Retention section below.

We do not share any personal data you provide without your prior express consent, except:

• To comply with our business partners’ policies (e.g., Microsoft, Google, banks)
• To satisfy legal or regulatory requirements
• To protect our rights or the rights of others
• To respond to valid court orders or governmental requests

Payment processors (like Microsoft and Google Stores) retain all information necessary for license management and are solely responsible for its security; we do not have direct access to that data. Our own systems store only the minimum information required to identify you and your licensed device—no sensitive or private details are retained.

If you reside or are physically located in the European Union, please note that your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers in Brazil and the United States, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

• Cookies: Cookies stored on your device expire automatically after thirty (30) days. Our analytics partner (Google Analytics) may retain aggregated cookie data indefinitely for statistical analysis.

• Registration Data: Any information you provide to register or license the SOFTWARE is retained by NAWKA indefinitely—or until you request deletion—whichever comes first. All registration data is stored on NAWKA’s servers using symmetric, secret-key encryption and strict access controls.

• Payment Data: All payment-related information is managed and stored solely by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, banks). NAWKA retains only minimal metadata (e.g., customer ID, licensed device ID) necessary to support license validation and renewals.

• Legal & Regulatory Retention: Even after you request deletion of your data, NAWKA may retain certain records as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
